Kabaddi is a game that is native to the Indian subcontinent. It is a contact sport thatis played between two teams of seven players each. The object of the game is to score points by raiding into the opposition half and touching as many opponents as possible before returning to one’s own half. Kabaddi is an ancient game, thought to have originated in India more than 4000 years ago. A variety of kabaddi games are played in different parts of India and Pakistan, with slight variations in rules.
